Combine the hostility of the Northwoods with the romance of an antique bar, sell some high-class food and you have yourself Matt Morgan's Restaurant.
Part of this identity included developing the Matt Morgan character who per client's request "serves drinks, fishes, snowmobiles, swims, water skiies, prepares meals, cuts down trees, everything but cheats on his wife!"
